LA ProPoint provides the best quality service and products to our customers, on time and on budget, throughout a variety of industries.

LA ProPoint was started in 2002 by Mark Riddlesperger, to offer a wide range of technical skills and fabrication services to the entertainment industry, with a primary focus on safety, quality and service.

Mark’s career began in 1980.  He holds an MFA degree in technical theatre and has working experience in scenery construction, show action and ride equipment, welding and fabrication, lighting systems design and installation, as well as show systems and show control for theaters, theme parks, trade shows, film and television.

LA ProPoint has assembled an experienced team of individuals with a variety of skill sets.  This experience has allowed the company to take on unique and one of a kind projects all over the world.

In 2005, Jim Hartman joined the group as a managing partner, responsible for the day to day business activity of the company.  This allowed Mark to step away from his desk to oversee the work in the shop and the field. Jim started his career in 1990 in finance, accounting, contracts and marketing, and holds an MBA and a BS in business management.

Mark and Jim started working together in 1995 at Universal Studios, working on the development of Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

LA ProPoint has been able to grow the company over the years through repeat clients and word of mouth. Our mission statement is to provide the best quality service and products to our customers, on time and on budget, throughout a variety of industries.
